• add lemon or cucumber for flavour ⚫ drink green tea with lemon and ginger


> eat healthy and less ⚫ never skip breakfast, lunch or dinner


try not to eat after 19.00


• eat healthy snacks (fruit, veggies)


drink (green) tea, no coffee


> excercise at least 4 times a week


• cardio to burn fat


workout to tone your body


→ skin care on point


wash face 2x a day


face mask 2-3x a week


• exfoliate 1-2x a week


⚫ dont pop pimples ⚫ use vaseline on dry spots and lips


⚫ change pillow case very few days


> shower every day


shave 3x a week


wash body every dag


• exfoliate body 1-2x a week


> take care of your body and smell good


⚫ put on lotion


⚫ use deodorant


⚫ try new perfume or body spray > fresh teeth and smooth lips


brush teeth 2x a day


⚫ whiten teeth some times


• keep lips hydrated (vaseline is bomb)


⚫ scrub your lips (sugar+oil)


> eyes are key


⚫ use almond or castor oil on eyelashes


⚫ use eye cream
